Many times dieters say that they have gone through weight loss programs or weight loss plans but still could not make it. There are few reasons which must be clear in your mind when you are going to start dieting.
According to recent surveys there are three major reasons due to which people fail to lose weight. 75% people said that there was not enough motivation to get them going on their diet plan. 70% percent gave the reason of getting hungry. 69% said that in their bad days they can’t help eating more and more and going away from there diet plan.
To eliminate the first reason you must have clear idea in your mind and have clear answer to the question “WHY SHOULD I LOOSE WEIGHT?” don’t think that you are doing it just for your spouse or to look good, you are not healthy if you are fat also there are many other diseases you are inviting due to obesity. Now the problem of getting too much hungry arises when you cut too short on your calories at once. You must take 1200 to 1300 calories per day or have proper calories chart by your doctor. Take the process in slow way to avoid binging on food.
If you had a bad day in your diet, it doesn’t say at all that you must quite your whole dieting plan. Accept it that no one is perfect the important thing is to get going even after your bad days.
